The Tax Deduction

The Act of 1 August 2003 allows individuals and companies to a tax deduction for their donations to associations. Donation to a charity allows a reduction in the income tax.

Any person or entity making a donation to Collects & Shares (association loi 1901)

can benefit from a tax reduction.

By engaging with the Association Collects & Shares, you can support a school project that contributes to the fight against the phenomenon of street children and to protect them. Moreover, it is an opportunity to create a relationship of trust between our institutions and bring the world economy of the social world. Helping us in our projects, you get a favorable taxation.

• If you are an individual

For income tax: deduction of 75% of the donation amount within the limit of € 521 (Article 200 of the CGI 1b).
Beyond that, it's 66% of your donation is tax deductible to the extent of 20% of your net taxable income.
Thus a donation of 100 € will actually cost you only 34 € maximum.

• If you represent a company:

You also get a tax reduction of 60% of your donation, up to 5 ‰ of the annual turnover of your company tax. (Law of 1 August 2003, known as the Aillagon, Article 238 bis of the General Tax Code).
Thus a donation of € 1000 will actually cost you only 400 €.

Upon receiving it, we will send you a tax receipt.

Pickups & Shares in figures:

- 28 active volunteers

- Container 2

- 640 complete kits distributed schoolbags

- 2084 cans of infant formula have been purchased for nurseries and M'bour Dakar in Senegal, which is 26,000 bottles.

- 250 donations from individuals and companies have been paid to the association.

- The various organized events generated € 6,160 profit.

- 4 supported schools.

- More than 500 street children received shoes and mosquito net.

- 950 children have benefited directly from Pickups & Share: Health - Nutrition - Education.

- 98% of revenues are paid directly for the benefit of children, the association does not have even 2% of operating costs.


A big thank you to those who provide legal, financial or material assistance to children in need through our association! Again this year, Pickups & Share has many projects to improve the living conditions of these children.
