• If you are an individual For income tax: deduction of 75% of the donation amount within the limit of € 521 (Article 200 of the CGI 1b). Beyond that, it's 66% of your donation is tax deductible to the extent of 20% of your net taxable income. Thus a donation of 100 € will actually cost you only 34 € maximum. .
• If you represent a company: You also get a tax reduction of 60% of your donation, up to 5 ‰ of the annual turnover of your company tax. (Law of 1 August 2003, known as the Aillagon, Article 238 bis of the General Tax Code). Thus a donation of € 1000 will actually cost you only 400 €.
