All volunteers to provide support to vulnerable children, street children, called "talibes" Senegal, thirty members form five groups and each group will be accompanied by doctors. The selected days are Saturdays and Sundays to allow everyone to participate.

Here and elsewhere, we can all help one or more children: Betadine, disinfectants, gauze, bandages, saline, they are going to need it.

The mission of these volunteers is to act according to the principles of urgency among street children in danger on the streets. And that include:
- Going to meet children "at risk"
- Putting children out of danger as emergency medical, psychological and social processes.
Such a handshake, these volunteers are the first link in a chain that aims to improve the situation of children at risk in the street and avoid worsening their plight.

We simply seek to establish a process of care on behalf of the dignity that must be children, and in general anyone excluded.

Children wandering talibes, young workers, beggars ... are all concepts that refer to children who spend most of their time in the street. The definition of street children is transverse if it is defined in terms of the breakdown situation in which they find themselves: break with family break with the tutor.

Unattached or landmark, these children are extremely vulnerable and socially excluded. They are particularly at risk from the street (aggression, exploitation), as well as risks associated infections living population, lack of information.
