Children are the first victims of many diseases in Africa.
Malaria is the main scourge.
Malnutrition is still many victims, it is not uncommon to have that one meal a day.
More than 70% of the population is engaged in agriculture and cultivated mainly groundnuts and millet. But the conditions are harsh drought, deforestation accelerating desertification.
Senegal is far from being self-sufficient in food, many products must be imported. The main resources for the operation come from cotton, phosphate minerals and petrochemicals.
The punishment industry and the unemployment rate reached 40% of the workforce. The population reached the suburbs of major cities looking for odd jobs to survive (street vendors, domestic workers, ...)
An exceptional woman, generous and full of energy ... with a heart filled with love and good sense!
Humbly, Novita is in its own way by organizing evenings "Salsa" in favor of the personal key areas: the favelas in Brazil through the Disability Support. We decided to honor him with the hope to increase this type of very specific initiatives ...
In this month of May 2013, Novita has decided to support disadvantaged children in Senegal trying to meet their basic needs and to raise funds to finance the formula milk to nursery M'bour and make full binders for September 2013/2014 for bush schools.
The Nursery M'bour is a haven for nearly 200 infants and children who have lost their mother, abandoned or partially transmitted by their families due to lack of means. This cause is to defend! You can fill small bottles of these children.
1 box of baby formula costs only 4 € on site.
The cost of a child is very high. Now multiply that by 200. Babies milk is 120 kg s per day and 90 liters of drinking water. They use about 36 pounds of laundry each week and also to pay other expenses such as electricity, gas, etc ... We must not forget the contingencies that occur every day, such as hospitalizations, children with special needs, families who come for help as soon as possible to care for the 200 children orphaned sometimes completely ...
For the next operation before the summer of 2013 Fill the bottles of abandoned babies in Dakar!
"Operation infant formula"
Every euro counts ... This refuge was established for the care of infants suffering from malnutrition. dans les rues parce que leur famille n'ont pas les moyens de prendre soin d'eux. Today, it has become much more the Nursery M'bour welcomes babies whose mothers died during childbirth or those who have been abandoned in the streets because their families can not afford to care of them.
We encourage you to participate in this project, your donations will make a difference in the lives of these little ones and allow to relieve and fund the most urgent needs of the nursery.

14 years old, Ibrahima was the victim of a car accident in May 2005.
As a result, he had to undergo an operation which earned him the installation of a urinary catheter.
Followed by Dr. Ngom to Le Dantec hospital, lack of resources for hospital and health in general, doctors have never managed to take away this probe because of repeated urinary tract infections.
End of 2012, volunteers Pickups & Shares had launched an appeal for donations to qu'Ibrahima can be operated.
A big thank you to the few donors who gathered the sum of € 200 for the operation and care ♥
Thanks to them, it was quickly taken care of.
In early February, Ibrahima good!
but it is unfortunately not yet out of the woods ...
His mom stayed at his bedside in the early days of his hospitalization. The new probe, which was to remain in place only three weeks to make sure everything is in order, withdrew from the third day after the operation. This has led to a leak in the perineum. The doctors explain that radio is essential this week to see the evolution: either everything is back in order, or it will again operate in the next 6 months. 6 months for the work that has been done to properly resolve.
It will be very soon!
Ibrahima and his mom are smiling.
At his side, we keep all hope.
The hope of a better life with less pain and suffering.
In 2012, the Association Collects & Shares with the support of the Air France Foundation has been able to achieve the rehabilitation of two school buildings on 4 - and complete reconstruction of health. Representing an investment of just over € 22,000 already.
After finishing ... the keys to the school principal ...
The inauguration of the new school year!
On Wednesday, October 10, 2012 ... An excuse for a big party ♥
Unfortunately, flooding during the rainy season of 2012 aggravated damage to rehabilitate two other remaining buildings. There is an urgent need to act quickly to the safety of children and teachers, but also that this school has about 700 students who can function normally, without endangering the lives of these children.
